All our wood and charcoal comes from Dalby Firewood, sourced from sustainable woodlands.
We source from local producers who have a positive or low environmental impact, farming together with nature, such as the ‘Hillcrest Farm Project ‘ & ‘Rosewood Farm’.
We use biodegradable consumables, compost as much as we can, feed it back to our home grown veggies and only use single use plastics when absolutely necessary.
