Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Pre-heat oven to 180 c (170 c if using a fan oven) Place foil container onto a baking tray on the middle shelf for 10 minutes, remove from oven to remove lid, replace in oven for further 10 minutes. Check contents are piping hot throughout before serving.
