Mike created the most incredible food experience for our family party this weekend. His starters were to die for! Everyone commented that they had never eaten such tasty food before. His love of foraging shone through! Who knew you could make anything for hawthorns?! But Mike’s hawthorn ketchup was so delicious, complementing his melt in the mouth scotch eggs. His pumpkin arancini , disappeared in the blink of an eye…even the normally fussy child eaters in the family were asking for more!! Our mains sharing boards were equally amazing, my favourite being the porchetta with wild garlic stuffing….. SOOOO yummy!

The whole family were still talking about it the following day, he has made what was a very special weekend for us one we will never forget.

From the early stages of planning through to the final clearing away, leaving no trace of having being there, Mike and Lauren were amazing. They were efficient and professional, yet so helpful and friendly.
